Job summary

Novo Nordisk Consulting is seeking Project Associates and Senior Project Associates to join integrated project teams that work directly on-site with clients in Denmark and globally. You will learn the consultant's toolbox and advance professionally through rapid feedback and interactive trainings.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree and up to 4 years of experience, with strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical, or the like with excellent results.
• 0-4 years of full-time work experience (professional experience and interview performance will determine whether we hire you as a Project Associate or Senior Project Associate)
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing)
• Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented
• Experience (part/full time) from a management consultancy or a pharmaceutical company is highly regarded but not a prerequisite for this position.
