Qualifications

• CPA/CISA/CIA certification preferred.
• 10+ years in internal controls, SOX, and audit; Big-4 background.
• Strong governance, compliance, or process-improvement initiatives experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOX 404 implementation program across the organization.
• Oversee internal controls assessments, ITGCs, and control testing.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare leadership summaries and reports on compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen control ownership.
• Coordinate with external auditors on SOX scoping and remediation.
