Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting Operations to lead and scale the Shared Service Center, covering Revenue, AR, AP, Payroll, and Fixed Assets. You will drive process improvements, ensure robust controls, and support rapid growth while preparing the business for public reporting.

• 15+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or controllership.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in publicly listed or PE/VC-backed international company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SSC including Revenue, AR, AP, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
• Transform and standardize SSC processes across markets.
• Drive month-end and year-end close quality and automation.
• Partner with Controlling and External Reporting on audits.
• Build and mentor the Copenhagen SSC team.
