The role emphasizes building long-term technical relationships, delivering workshops, and contributing to the AWS Solutions Architecture organization through mentoring and hiring input.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent tech experience.
• English business-level written and verbal communication.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with strategic customers to drive mission-critical cloud projects.
• Build technical relationships and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Share customer feedback to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
• Create and share best practices and reference architectures.
• Educate customers about AWS through workshops and sessions.
• Support team growth by mentoring and participating in hiring decisions.
• Develop depth in technical domains relevant to outcomes.
