Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field combined with a technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs or projects, ideally within a software or technology-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of software development practices and delivery methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across different functions and levels of an organization.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic software programs across multiple teams and business areas, ensuring delivery against goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.
• Build alignment across engineering, product, and business teams, providing clear communication, transparency, and effective stakeholder management.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges early, driving mitigation plans and helping teams navigate change successfully.
• Develop and mentor a community of software project managers and/or product owners while improving program management practices and ways of working.
