Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an Experienced Software Engineer to develop modern software for defense and aerospace applications in an international setting. You will design and implement frontend and backend components, collaborate with data scientists, and deploy in containerised environments to support real-time data and AI insights.

You will work closely with end users to translate operational needs into scalable solutions while maintaining clean, well-tested code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Backend development experience in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with Docker and containerised deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain web applications that present AI model results to end users.
• Build intuitive interfaces and visualizations that stay fast with large data.
• Develop and maintain backend services in Java and Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate model outputs into software applications.
• Deploy, operate and maintain applications in a containerised environment.
• Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and software quality.
