Job summary

SimCorp, a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions, is seeking mid-level Software Engineers to join our engineering team that builds fintech solutions for OTC assets within SimCorp Dimension and SimCorp One. You will deliver new features and maintain established solutions to ensure uninterrupted client operations.

You will primarily code in C#, with OCaml and APL as strong pluses, collaborating with product owners to refine requirements and shape how features are built.

Qualifications

• Solid C# skills with ownership and architectural input expectations.
• Interest in functional programming; familiarity with OCaml, APL, F#, Standard ML, Scala or Haskell is a plus.
• Experience refactoring legacy code and working with large backend systems.
• Strong collaboration and English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and extend APIs for OTC asset management products.
• Collaborate with product owner to refine requirements and shape feature development.
• Work in a team with pairing, code reviews, and ownership sharing.
• Follow good engineering practices: clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Build, extend, and consume REST APIs.
• Communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and contribute to team and product growth.
