  • Following good engineering practice: clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Building, extending and consuming REST APIs.
  • Communicating clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously learning — and helping the team and product grow with you.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Interest in creating innovative features for a complex platform, working on areas such as API scalability, automation, performance, and operational resilience.
  • Solid C# skills; this is the core language for the role; your level of seniority will determine how much ownership and architectural input you’re expected to bring.
  • Experience with, or genuine interest in, functional programming.
  • Familiarity with OCaml, APL, F#, Standard ML, Scala or Haskell is a real advantage but not required — a willingness to learn is what matters most.
  • Experience (or strong interest) in refactoring existing code and working with legacy systems.
  • Track record of contributing to architectural decisions on scalable backend systems.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A relevant degree (Computer Science or STEM) with demonstrated hands‑on experience in software engineering.
We Value That You Are:
  • Motivated to work within the financial domain
  • Comfortable working closely with a cross‑functional team
