Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Manager, Specialist Sales for SME Solutions in Northern Europe. You will drive sales, shape GTM strategies, and align local initiatives with global objectives while partnering with Account Management, BD, product and marketing teams to grow SME revenue.

You will work with diverse teams across the region to localize solutions, manage the end-to-end pipeline, and ensure customer success, regulatory alignment, and sustained growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Account management experience and/or sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the payment industry (issuing, acquiring, consumer and corporate).
• Proven ability to develop and implement quantifiable business plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of SME products, solutions and related services within the market, aligned with revenue targets.
• Adapt and localize solutions and GTM approaches to meet local market needs, regulations and customer preferences.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs and competition; drive SME agenda.
• Collaborate with Account Management, BD, Sales, Services, Marketing and product teams to ensure successful launches and enablement.
• Own end-to-end pipeline management, portfolio optimization, acquisitions and renewals.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvements in sales effectiveness.
