Responsibilities

• Validate new product ideas by clarifying the problem, opportunity, assumptions and success criteria.
• Create concise commercial material that supports decisions, prioritisation and investment choices.
• Turn research, customer insight and prototypes into evidence-based product recommendations.
• Translate endorsed concepts into clear business requirements, flows and acceptance criteria ready for delivery.
• Align commercial, product, architecture and engineering stakeholders around scope, value and trade-offs.
• Ensure the business requirements remain clear and testable through handover, feature breakdown and PI planning.
• Resolve risks, dependencies and open questions early to avoid ambiguity reaching delivery teams.
• Drive solutions that are commercially strong, technically feasible, reusable and scalable.
