Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction site experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience supporting large-scale construction and/or infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership in logistics management roles across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project logistics strategies and site logistics plans.
• Manage site access, traffic management, workforce movements, material handling, and laydown areas.
• Oversee site setup, mobilization during preconstruction, and coordination with project teams.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and align logistics with construction sequencing and milestones.
• Guide and supervise logistics teams to maintain safe, efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain logistics reporting, KPIs, and interfaces between contractors and work fronts.
