g2 Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Odense. You will oversee planning, design, execution, commissioning, and handover, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders to meet safety, quality, and budget targets.

You will bring 15+ years of industry experience, strong technical and commercial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction and project management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience delivering large-scale construction and/or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in leadership roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Construction Manager, Project Director, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, preconstruction, execution, commissioning, closeout, and handover.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive project performance against safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, environmental, and health & safety requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication with clients and management.
