Job summary

G2 Recruitment in Denmark is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join a permanent role based in the Copenhagen Region. The position focuses on large-scale construction projects, including data centres, pharma, and civils, and involves delivering international safety procedures.

The successful candidate will manage safety onsite, coordinate with local teams and stakeholders, and advise on health, safety and environmental issues for operations, maintenance and site staff.

Qualifications

• HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE construction background.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
• ISO experience (9001, 14001, 45001) beneficial.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Additional language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety on site with local teams while delivering international safety procedures.
• Mobilise for October 2026; support in Q3 2026 start.
• Advise operational, maintenance and site staff on health, safety and environmental issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders across projects.
