Bellagroup is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. You will lead pricing and inventory decisions, translate market insights into commercial priorities, and act as a trusted sparring partner within a dynamic, cross-team setting.

Experience in revenue management within hospitality, strong analytical capabilities, and fluency in English are essential.

As Senior Revenue Manager at Bellagroup, you’ll take the experienced role in driving revenue performance across Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. Combining strong commercial insight with advanced revenue management expertise, you’ll turn data into action and influence decisions across both strategy and daily business.

Your role

You will join a close-knit revenue team and take senior ownership of revenue performance across our hotel portfolio, acting as a trusted commercial sparring partner and a vital bridge across the wider organization. Your role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and you will play a key part in translating market insights and performance data into commercial priorities and actions.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading price and inventory management
• Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends
• Developing and implementing long‑term revenue management strategies
• Strengthening cross‑team alignment and promoting a performance‑driven culture
