Job summary

Danish Crown is seeking a Senior Regional Logistics Manager, Production to lead site logistics across Industry and Beef production sites in Denmark. The role requires strong leadership, process standardization and a hands-on approach to improve operational performance and digitalization.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Logistics and collaborate with site managers, production, planning and external partners to drive Lean, governance and continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

Solid experience in site and production logistics in manufacturing.
Strong leadership with matrix leadership across sites.
Proven track record delivering operational performance and standardization.
End-to-end value chain understanding from procurement to delivery.
Experience with KPI management, dashboards and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Hold daily operational responsibility for logistics execution at site level across Denmark.
Lead implementation of the future logistics operating model.
Strengthen end-to-end logistics flows from supplier to customer delivery.
Ensure strong integration between production, warehousing and distribution.
Use data and dashboards to improve decisions and drive optimization.
Lead and develop local site logistics functions with Lean and Operational Excellence.
Build relationships with business leaders and external partners.
You will be the top representative for logistics in Beef; significant time allocated to Beef.
