Ready to drive logistics transformation at scale?
We are accelerating our Backbone Logistics Digitalization journey – a large‑scale transformation to standardize processes, strengthen data foundations, and enable scalable digital solutions across Danish Crown. To support this, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can drive execution across multiple transformation tracks and ensure successful rollout and adoption across our 8 Business Units. If you thrive in complex environments and enjoy turning strategy into tangible business impact, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
Danish Crown Logistics Excellence is a relative new team bringing together skilled colleagues all working on developing our Logistics setup across Danish Crown group. You will join the Group Logistics team, working closely with a dedicated Digitalization Lead, Business Process Specialists, IT, and key stakeholders across the organisation. We offer a collaborative environment where strong execution, professional sparring, and well‑being go hand in hand.
You will work closely with the Digitalization Lead, who is responsible for solution design and technical quality, while you ensure execution, delivery, and business impact.
You are a structured and driven Project Manager with a strong ability to turn plans into results. You take ownership of delivery and thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, parallel initiatives, and evolving priorities. You are comfortable leading across functions and Business Units and know how to create commitment and momentum around change. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and are able to navigate complexity while keeping focus on execution and value creation.
You hold a relevant B.Sc or M.Sc degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field, and you bring 6–10 years of experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, or transformation. You have a proven track record of delivering cross‑functional projects with measurable business impact and are comfortable navigating complex organisational environments. You excel in stakeholder management and know how to create alignment and momentum across functions and Business Units. You have experience driving change and securing business adoption of new processes or solutions, and you are used to working closely with IT and digital teams without being a technical specialist. Experience with logistics processes, transport, or system implementations is an advantage.
