Danfoss in Denmark is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Control Specialist to develop advanced control algorithms for embedded controllers, aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions in refrigeration, heat pumps, and HVAC systems.

You will translate complex system challenges into practical control solutions, collaborate with software and application specialists, and contribute to sustainable technology across a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

A degree in an engineering field and passion for sustainable technology.
Deep knowledge in one of the core areas below, some familiarity with another, and curiosity to grow in the third.

Responsibilities

Design and develop effective control algorithms and software architectures using model-based design techniques to enhance the performance of embedded controllers.
Apply knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration to create energy-efficient solutions for refrigeration systems, heat pumps, and HVAC applications.
Collaborate closely with software developers and application experts to refine requirements and bring valuable solutions to life.
Translate complex system challenges into robust, practical control solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Contribute fresh insights into refrigeration and control technology to improve product offerings.
