Job summary

Emendo Project Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as a Project Quality Manager, linking quality efforts across work packages and supporting Project Managers. You will work on capital investment projects for pharma/biotech clients, often on site.

The role expects 5+ years in pharma/biotech project quality, with the ability to guide junior team members and collaborate with project managers to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering, life sciences, chemistry, production — or equivalent.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience with project quality management or senior SME responsibilities.
• Experience connecting multiple workstreams and guiding project managers.
• Fluent English is a must; Danish is a plus.
• Structured, solution-oriented; able to lead work packages and mentor juniors.
• Includes talking about a unique hobby or talent.

Responsibilities

• Tie quality efforts across work packages and support Project Managers in steering complex capital projects.
• Work directly with top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech clients on site.
• Guide and support junior colleagues on site.
