Job summary

Pharmacosmos A/S seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the multi-year Veeva implementation from 2025 to 2029. You will drive planning, milestones, and dependencies across Quality, R&D, Clinical and Drug Safety, in close collaboration with IT and external consultants.

You will report to the Director of Data & Projects, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure GxP validation considerations are integrated from day one. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a Project Manager or IT Project Manager in pharma IT.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional system implementations with external vendors.
• Strong understanding of GxP and validation impacts on IT implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, structuring and delivering the multi-year Veeva implementation (2025–2029).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Quality, R&D, Clinical and Drug Safety, IT, and vendors.
• Present clear recommendations to executives and manage risks and dependencies.
