Job summary

Ellab A/S in Denmark seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a SIP work package in a major pharmaceutical investment project in Hillerød. You will coordinate with Ellab specialists, customer project management and other stakeholders to drive the work package forward.

You will manage planning, execution through qualification and handover, bridging technical and organisational boundaries, and ensuring decisions are prepared at the right level while maintaining momentum.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree relevant to pharmaceutical projects.
• Solid GMP and CQV/validation experience in pharma or life-science.
• Experience leading a significant work package with multiple interfaces.
• Strong planning, risk, dependency management and resource coordination.
• Customer-facing role and supplier/consultancy representation.
• Fluent Danish and professional English.
• Willingness to work primarily at the customer site in Hillerød.

Responsibilities

• Take over the SIP work package in Hillerød and ensure continuity.
• Maintain overview of scope, milestones, resources, risks, decisions.
• Coordinate Ellab specialists, customer stakeholders and interfaces.
• Translate requirements into priorities, ownership and actionable plans.
• Drive progress with follow-up, site presence and dialogue.
• Replan and reprioritize when resources or conditions change.
• Represent Ellab in customer forums and ensure GMP compliance.
