Job summary

Emendo Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead IT/OT transformation engagements for pharma and regulated industries. You will work on-site at client locations in Denmark, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and expand Emendo’s footprint.

The role requires 6–10+ years of delivery experience, fluency in English (Danish preferred), and the ability to operate across technology, process, and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• 6–10+ years of hands-on delivery experience in IT/OT project management, product ownership, or solution implementation.
• Track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes (cost reduction, lead-time improvement, risk mitigation).
• Fluent English; Danish skills preferred or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on-site at client locations in Denmark and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site IT/OT delivery across enterprise systems and process layers.
• Drive measurable progress in short cycles for client leadership (cost, lead time, risk).
• Manage governance, architecture alignment, and validation concepts in complex environments.
• Shape Emendo methods and package learnings into repeatable offerings with AI support.
• Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
• Mentor junior colleagues to adopt Observe, Think, Improve.
