Job summary

Pharmacosmos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the multi-year Veeva implementation and to manage cross-functional IT projects with direct visibility to senior management.

You will work with Quality, R&D, Clinical and Drug Safety, together with IT and external consultants, shaping plans, dependencies and validation activities across the organisation.

Fluency in English is required, and a strong pharma IT background with GxP experience will help drive decisions and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as Project Manager or IT Project Manager.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional system implementations with external vendors.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience with understanding of GxP and validation for IT implementations.
• Direct experience with Veeva is a significant advantage.
• English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, structuring and delivery of complex cross-functional projects.
• Manage the multi-year Veeva implementation (2025–2029) with business owners and IT teams.
• Spot gaps, challenge assumptions and drive issues to resolution.
• Present clear recommendations to executive steering committees.
• Report to the Director of Data & Projects and collaborate with Finance, Procurement & IT.
