Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead a Professional Services team in Denmark, focusing on transforming clinical trials management for large Enterprise customers. This remote role requires based in Copenhagen, with travel as needed and collaboration with Danish life science customers.

You will manage design, configuration, and delivery of Clinical Operations software, building trusted partnerships and delivering successful project outcomes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading implementation projects as a consultant, business, or IT lead for Veeva applications (eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, Payments).
• Ability to plan, resource, budget, and lead project teams; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English and Danish communication; eligible to work in EU without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Program and project management including resource planning, leading cross-functional teams, project tracking, and forecasting.
• Architect multi-year, multi-phase implementation programs to deploy Veeva Clinical Operations across customer organizations.
• Act as primary customer liaison, managing relationships between project team, customer and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customer success from start to finish of the engagement lifecycle.
