Job summary

Pharmacosmos A/S seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year Veeva implementation. You will plan, structure and deliver complex, cross-functional projects with direct visibility to senior management and ownership from day one.

In this role, you will work with Quality, R&D, Clinical and Drug Safety, along with IT and external consultants. You will manage risks, dependencies and validation, reporting to the Director of Data & Projects.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a Project Manager or IT Project Manager in pharma IT.
• Strong experience delivering cross-functional system implementations with external vendors.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, structuring and delivery of a multi-year Veeva implementation (2025-2029).
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Clinical, Drug Safety, IT and external consultants.
• Ensure GxP validation is carried out and governance is in place.
