Job summary

INVISIO, based at our Copenhagen headquarters, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive cross-functional development projects from concept to production release. You will collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, and specialized R&D teams including Electronics and Mechanics.

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving product development projects from initial requirements and planning through development, industrialization, and successful production release.

You will work in a highly collaborative and technologically advanced environment, partnering with colleagues across Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, and specialized R&D disciplines including Electronics, Firmware, Acoustics, DSP, Mechanics, and Systems Engineering.

Your primary mission will be to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications and quality standards. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development methodologies, processes, and project management practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product development projects from initiation to final delivery in accordance with INVISIO's development processes.
• Ensure project objectives related to scope, quality, cost, and timelines are successfully achieved.
• Drive collaboration and alignment across cross-functional development teams.
• Coordinate activities across all departments and stakeholders to secure efficient project execution.
• Ensure readiness for product release, including production, logistics, documentation, and administrative preparations.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving corrective actions when needed.
• Support the ongoing development and optimization of project management and product development processes.

About you

You are a proactive and structured project leader who combines technical understanding with excellent people and stakeholder management skills. You know how to create momentum, navigate complexity, and keep teams focused on delivering results.

You have a proven track record of leading product development projects in high-tech environments and are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams throughout the full development lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience managing technical product development projects.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional development teams from concept through production.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities while driving progress.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Experience developing mechatronic products involving electronics, mechanics, firmware, and acoustics.
• Experience working within stage-gate or similar product development frameworks is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
