Job summary

INVISIO, based at our Copenhagen headquarters, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive cross-functional development projects from concept to production release. You will collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, and specialized R&D teams including Electronics and Mechanics.

The role requires a proactive, structured leader with strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience managing technical product development projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional development teams from concept through production.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from initiation to final delivery per INVISIO processes.
• Ensure scope, quality, cost, and timelines meet objectives.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional development teams.
• Coordinate activities across departments and stakeholders for efficient execution.
• Ensure readiness for product release including production, logistics, and documentation.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to management.
