Job summary

Wood Thilsted is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to deliver and coordinate major WTG and OSS foundation design projects, working with in-house teams. You will be the main client contact, lead objectives, manage finances, risk and contracts, and supervise reporting to senior management.

The role requires 10+ years in offshore wind project leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to drive complex programs across international teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience leading offshore wind foundation projects.
• Experience managing major complex projects and taking accountability for delivery.
• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate major WTG and OSS foundation design projects.
• Be the main client contact and lead project objectives.
• Manage project financial performance and commercial success.
• Ensure technical integration across disciplines and final deliverables.
• Oversee contracts, change, risk, safety and budget management.
• Collaborate with design teams and supervise reporting to WT leadership.
• Engage with clients and external parties to build a strong industry network.
