Kahoot! seeks a Program Director to lead the Kahoot! 360 segment as the face and voice in the corporate world, shaping narrative and driving adoption across global markets. You will partner with the Executive Team to define long-term vision, influence L&D thought leadership, and ensure commercial success.

You will translate market needs into compelling products and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities and execute initiatives with high impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Commercial Product Development, Partnerships, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, or Strategic Management in SaaS/Enterprise.
• Deep understanding of Corporate L&D, HR Tech, or employee engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills with presence on stage, camera, and in boardrooms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face and voice of Kahoot! 360 in the corporate world and at global industry events.
• Define and execute a long-term vision for the Kahoot! 360 business area in collaboration with the Executive Team.
• Translate market needs into impactful commercial products and initiatives, aligning Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, analysts, and corporate leaders to boost market position.
• Drive needle-moving initiatives that accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
