Job summary

Kahoot! seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to drive revenue growth across the Work & EDU pod, covering individuals, teams, organisations and education segments. You will set the pod’s vision, ensure full-funnel coverage, and act as the commercial voice within the CX leadership team.

Location options include Oslo, Copenhagen or Barcelona. You will lead a cross-functional pod, coordinate GTM efforts, and work closely with Sales, Product and Solutions to align with product releases and enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or revenue marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive full-funnel growth and ABM campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate revenue goals into pod-level objectives.
• Set and drive the full-funnel strategy from acquisition to retention.
• Lead and develop the pod team across Acquisition, Conversion, Lifecycle, Enterprise/EDU Growth, and Partner/Community.
• Coordinate GTM across pod roles to align campaigns for web and mobile.
• Act as senior connector between the pod and the CX org (Brand, MRK Ops/AI Hub, Events, Localisation).
• Work with Sales, Product and Solutions to align with product releases and enterprise growth initiatives.
• Set KPI framework and monitor real-time funnel performance.
• Drive enterprise and EDU pipeline growth via lead generation, nurture, ABM and campaigns.
