Job summary
Veo is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to own production test and process capability within our growing PTA. You will build robust verification routines, drive stability, and scale test benches to improve yield and ramp readiness.

Qualifications
- Proven PTA/Manufacturing/Service Engineering track record across electrical test and mechanical/process areas.
- Hands-on electronics troubleshooting and test background.
- Experience with change control, parameter stability and verification routines.
- Data-driven mindset to identify top losses and drive improvements.
- Repair flows and soldering standards experience.
Responsibilities
- Own production-floor stability of tools, fixtures, settings and parameters.
- Drive continuous improvement: defect loops, recovery, and stability checks.
- Scale End-of-Line test benches and improve diagnostics to catch defects early.
- Maintain verification routines and golden-sample programs for equipment.
- Develop repair and reuse processes for internal modules.
- Act as Level 2 technical authority and perform autopsies on failures.
- Support NPI/ECO readiness for test/process/tooling.
- Update SOPs and work instructions for production areas.
- Escalate to R&D when design decisions are needed; close repeatable actions.
