Job summary

IPG Photonics in Denmark is seeking a Senior Production Test Development Team Leader to guide the production test engineers and shape our test portfolio. You will design and code new test programs, ensure alignment with stakeholders, and drive improvements in reliability and throughput on high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.

You will bring strong TestStand and LabVIEW skills, instrumentation know-how, and experience with MS-SQL integration.

Qualifications

• Production test development experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong competencies in TestStand, LabVIEW, instrumentation, and signal analysis.
• MS-SQL database integration is a plus.
• Engineering degree required; English fluent (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and code new test programs for production.
• Ensure deliverables align with stakeholders regarding timing and content.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and optimizing test routines.
• Drive continuous improvement across test programs with the team.
