Job summary

NKT Photonics is seeking a Production Test Development team leader and senior test engineer to guide production test development engineers. You will design and code new test programs for production, align deliverables with stakeholders, and optimize test routines to ensure high quality and reproducibility.

You will play a key role in maintaining the test framework, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with the test designer and product owner to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Production test development experience preferred in an industrial setting.
• Strong competencies in TestStand, LabVIEW, instrumentation, and signal analysis.
• Experience with MS-SQL database integration is a plus.
• Engineering degree required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and code new test programs for production.
• Ensure deliverables align with stakeholders regarding timing and content.
• Support production environment by securing minimum downtime and optimizing test routines for high quality and reproducibility.
• Drive continuous improvement across our test programs.
• Collaborate with test designer and product owner to align with product goals.
