Job summary

Veo is seeking a senior engineering leader to run our Hardware org end-to-end. You will set the roadmap, manage timelines and budgets, and build a high-performing team that delivers optics, video processing, electronics and firmware at scale for 90+ countries.

Based in Copenhagen, you will partner with Product, AI, Video, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ship hardware on time with quality, while applying DFM/DFA principles and agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading hardware engineering teams for consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary hardware programs.
• Strong program management with budgeting and risk management.
• Experience taking products from prototype to mass production.
• Leadership style that builds trust and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hardware team across optics, video processing, electronics, and firmware.
• Set technical direction and shape product roadmap for capture portfolio.
• Plan, budget, and track programs with clear milestones.
• Own manufacturing readiness and supplier partnerships.
• Foster agile ways of working tailored to hardware teams.
