Job summary

Advansor is seeking a seasoned procurement and planning professional to secure timely supplier deliveries and optimize stock levels within a production environment.

You will manage supplier portfolios, coordinate daily procurement operations, and ensure ERP master data remains accurate. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing procurement, Danish and English fluency, and strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in procurement and planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Structured and proactive, with strong overview and the ability to think in alternative solutions.
• Fluent in Danish and English; able to build strong relationships across production, sales and external suppliers.
• Strong in ERP systems and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage supplier portfolios to ensure on-time delivery of components.
• Maintain up-to-date master data, delivery times and prices in ERP.
• Coordinate daily procurement activities, pricing follow-ups and delivery schedules.
• Ensure components arrive on time for production and align purchases with customer orders.
