Actona Group A/S is seeking a Demand Planner to support daily planning and replenishment for our warehouse assortment in Denmark. You will forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure availability while maintaining close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve daily planning issues.

You will contribute to KPI tracking, data integrity, and improvements to planning processes, systems, and ways of working in a dynamic, international supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, replenishment, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Comfort with numbers, data, and planning systems.
• Structured, proactive, persistent, and solution-oriented.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update demand forecasts based on sales history and trends.
• Plan replenishment and ensure timely ordering of products.
• Follow up on open purchase orders, delivery dates, and supply.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Adjust plans in response to changes in demand and supply.
• Monitor KPIs: service level, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Maintain planning parameters and master data; support process improvements.
