Dover Food Retail is seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage supplier portfolios and ensure timely availability of components for production in an international manufacturing environment.

You will maintain close supplier relationships, monitor pricing and delivery times, and ensure ERP data integrity while supporting the production planning process. Fluent Danish and English are required with strong ERP/Excel capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years experience with procurement and planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Structured and proactive; able to work systematically and find solutions.
• Strong relationship skills, fluent Danish and English, internal/external stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid ERP system experience and proficient Excel usage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supplier portfolios with close supplier contact and daily operational planning.
• Ensure components are ordered and delivered on time for production.
• Keep master data, lead times and prices accurate in the ERP system (system upgrade planned).
• Coordinate between sales, production and suppliers to align procurement with customer orders.
