Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner in Frederikssund, Denmark to own the master production schedule and coordinate cross-functional planning. The role emphasizes improving capacity planning, system implementation, and data integrity within Dynamics C5.

You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales and leadership to deliver feasible plans that support on-time deliveries and inventory performance. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least five years in production or capacity planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, MRP and capacity planning; hands-on ERP experience. Dynamics C5, NAV or Business Central is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience implementing a planning or APS system.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own, publish and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) across production, prep and sub-assembly.
• Translate demand into delivery commitments, prioritize orders and manage changes.
• Identify shortages, capacity constraints and delays; collaborate to find solutions.
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term capacity plans and build scenarios for shifts, overtime, staffing.
• Own input to the monthly S&OP process and support mid-month reviews of delivery and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain planning master data in Dynamics C5 (routings, times, work centers, capacity).
• Act as business owner for implementing a new planning system integrated with C5 from requirements to go-live.
• Monitor delivery performance, schedule adherence and planning accuracy; report improvements.

At RealTruck, we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to take ownership of master production scheduling at our Frederikssund site. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where your planning decisions directly influence customer deliveries, production stability and inventory performance.

You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales and leadership to build one feasible plan - and play a central role in implementing a new production and capacity planning system.

What you'll be doing

• Own, maintain and publish the master production schedule (MPS), covering production, prefab and sub-assembly, based on forecasts, customer orders and available capacity.
• Translate demand into realistic delivery commitments, prioritize production orders and manage changes within the frozen planning horizon.
• Identify material shortages, capacity constraints and potential delays early, working with relevant teams to find solutions.
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term capacity plans, assess bottlenecks and build scenarios for shifts, overtime, temporary staffing and pre-build.
• Own the supply and capacity input to the monthly S&OP process and collaborate with Sales on mid-month reviews of delivery and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate planning master data, including routings, standard times, work centers and capacity parameters in Dynamics C5.
• Act as business owner and key user for the implementation of a new planning system integrated with C5 - from requirements and data validation to testing, go-live and user adoption.
• Monitor delivery performance, schedule adherence, inventory and planning accuracy; turn insights into practical improvements and clear Excel reporting.

What we're looking for

You bring solid manufacturing planning experience, strong analytical skills and the confidence to take ownership of both the plan and its results.

• A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in production or capacity planning in a manufacturing environment, ideally with a high product mix.
• A solid understanding of S&OP, MRP and capacity planning, with hands-on ERP experience. Dynamics C5, NAV or Business Central is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Python is an advantage.
• Experience implementing a planning or advanced planning and scheduling (APS) system is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in both Danish and English.

Practical information

The position is based in Frederikssund, Denmark, within Supply Chain and reports to the Snr. Manager, Integrated S&OP & Supply Chain. This is an individual contributor role without personnel management responsibilities.
