Job summary

Riverty, part of the Bertelsmann group, is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to own the product strategy and roadmap for digital and human touchpoints within the Invoicing as a Service platform.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration and shape experiences consumers interact with across the invoicing lifecycle, from generation to dunning and customer service, balancing user needs with business impact.

Qualifications

• Several years of Product Management experience in cross-functional product organizations.
• Strong experience in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services.
• Expertise in payments, dunning & collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on outcome-oriented product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• Proactive and self-driven approach with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish and Norwegian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for consumer touchpoint domains - digital and human ones.
• Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market insights and data.
• Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across domains.
• Define and track product KPIs, including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Define product requirements and be an integral part of the development process with our platform team.
• Ensure relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are considered within domains.
