Job summary

Flatpay is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Financial Services team in Denmark. You will help develop our customer-facing banking product and the SME app, combining customer insight with technical fluency to deliver meaningful improvements.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, operations, commercial teams, and external partners to translate needs into clear product priorities and deliver iteratively across discovery, definition, delivery, and launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience launching and scaling banking or fintech apps.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with APIs and data flows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers and designers.
• Professional-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Flatpay's banking product and SME app.
• Translate feedback and data into clear product improvements.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers through discovery to launch.
• Prioritize by customer, business, regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with commercial, operations, legal, and partners.
• Track performance and user behavior to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to planning, prioritization, and post-launch work.
• Travel occasionally across Flatpay's markets.
