Job summary

Riverty is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to own the product strategy and roadmap for Invoicing as a Service across the Nordics, including digital and human touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance to define requirements, improve UX, and drive KPIs such as conversion and customer satisfaction.

This role is based in Copenhagen with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Several years of Product Management experience in cross-functional product organizations.
• Expertise in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services.
• Experience with payments, dunning & collections, customer service or consumer self-service.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and priorities for consumer touchpoint domains - digital and human ones.
• Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market insights and data.
• Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across your domains.
• Define and track product KPIs, including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
