Job summary

Interacoustics in Middelfart, Denmark, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Balance portfolio's strategy, lifecycle, and commercial success. You will manage a global team across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Clinical Affairs, shaping product opportunities and collaborating with key stakeholders to meet market needs.

You will lead product planning from concept to launch, build strong relationships with customers and KOLs, and drive pricing, GTM, and market insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, audiology, or related field
• Experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or similar
• Proven track record of managing product portfolios and driving commercial results
• Experience in a global, matrix organization; 3–5 years as a leader preferred
• Commercial and analytical skills translating insights into product requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured and proactive with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for balance portfolio
• Lead planning and execution from concept to launch with cross‑functional teams
