Job summary

FPRT Aps in Denmark seeks a Senior Process Engineer to ensure stability, safety, and continuous improvement of production processes from material prep to final assembly. You report to the Chief Production Officer and will drive efficiency and safety in a high-tech defense context.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, optimizing workflows with Lean/PDCA, and supporting the design and calibration of custom equipment and tools. A strong, hands-on problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in process or production engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HSE and ISO 9001 standards.
• Basic CAD or 3D modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs for all process steps including mixing, polymerization, demolding, assembly and testing.
• Observe operations and translate them into clear, standardized, safe work instructions.
• Apply Lean and PDCA to reduce waste, rework and downtime.
• Collaborate on the design of custom in-house equipment and tooling.
