Job summary

Demant Enterprise A/S in Ballerup is seeking a Process Engineer for microelectronics to join a team of five other Process Engineers in an Agile SAFe setup. You will develop and implement new processes for SMT microelectronic production used in hearing aid devices, aiming to improve functionality and performance through data-driven analysis and new technologies.

Your role includes optimizing existing processes, evaluating new equipment and materials, creating statistical reports, and

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years in manufacturing with analytic problem solving.
Experience with microelectronics or SMT production.
Familiarity with DoE and Six Sigma methods.
Knowledge of metrology and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new processes for microelectronic assemblies.
Optimize existing production processes to improve quality, capacity, and reduce costs.
Evaluate and qualify new production equipment and materials.
Create and communicate statistical reports and presentations of results.
Collaborate with product development to challenge and update design rules.
