Job summary

Simatek A/S is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to transform customer requirements into competitive process solutions within its Process & Proposal team. You will interact with Technology, Sales, Engineering, Procurement and PM, contributing to system definitions and technical proposals.

You will drive process calculations, equipment sizing and supplier collaboration, while advocating technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
• Experience with process calculations, PFDs and P&IDs, and equipment sizing.
• Strong understanding of industrial process systems and cross-technology integration.
• Experience with technical proposals, quotations, or projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into competitive, technically robust process solutions.
• Collaborate across Technology, Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project Management to define system solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and participate in the definition of new standards for quoting.
• Perform process calculations and equipment sizing; engage suppliers as needed.
