Simatek A/S is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to become a key technical partner in the Process & Proposal team. You will transform customer requirements into competitive, technically robust process solutions for international industrial customers.

You will work at the intersection of Technology, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management, helping define system solutions around core products. The role includes occasional international travel and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years experience in process engineering, system design, or industrial technical solutions.
• Experience with process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing.
• Translate customer requirements into practical, technically sound and commercially attractive solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer requirements into technically robust process solutions for international customers.
• Collaborate across Technology, Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project Management to define system solutions.
• Perform process calculations, sizing, and liaise with suppliers; clarify technical solutions.
• Advise customers technically while balancing commercial considerations.
• Contribute to standards, tools, and future process solutions; potential shift toward commercial/product roles.
