Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex national and international electrical infrastructure projects, with emphasis on HV cables, substations, offshore wind, and data centres. You will oversee concept development, interface with TSOs, procurement, and commissioning in a collaborative, professional environment with experienced colleagues.

You will guide design reviews, ensure QA/QC adherence, and manage multi-discipline design meetings while building strong client

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or higher.
• Experience with critical infrastructure and HV projects.
• Significant project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project development stages (siting, FEED, procurement, EPC).

Responsibilities

• Manage time, quality and financial aspects on projects to meet deadlines and success criteria across critical infrastructure, HV cables, HV substations, offshore wind or datacentre projects.
• Guide and review designs as a technical engineer with knowledge of electrical system studies and calculations.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and codes/standards followed in power systems.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Site Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, etc).
• Build client relationships and communicate technical knowledge to align with client objectives.
