Job summary

Ramboll Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, spanning HV cables, substations, offshore wind, and data centres. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through concept to commissioning, ensuring quality, time and budget adherence.

Based in Denmark, you will build strong client relationships, oversee QA/QC, and drive project development stages from FEED to EPC, contributing to Ramboll’s sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required.
• Proven experience with critical infrastructure, HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind or Datacentre projects.
• Significant project management experience – preferably within a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of project development stages: siting, feasibility, conceptual design, FEED, procurement and EPC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage time, quality and financial aspects on projects across critical infrastructure, HV cables, substations, offshore wind or data centre projects.
• Review designs and guide technical engineers; review electrical system studies and calculations.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and compliance with codes and standards in power systems.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Site Civil, Mechanical, Environmental).
• Build client relationships and align projects with client objectives through clear communication.
