Job summary

Marel A/S is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to build and professionalize our global portfolio management framework across innovation, product development and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with senior leaders in multiple divisions to ensure visibility, governance and data-driven decision making across our international teams.

You will drive portfolio reporting, develop dashboards, and enable executive-level insights through Planview and BI tools, influencing strategic priorities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, innovation management, product development or governance.
• Experience establishing portfolio management frameworks, governance and reporting structures.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Owns portfolio governance and analytics, collaborating with heads of product/innovation to set direction.
• Designs and implements Planview-related programs and dashboards for executive reporting.
• Translates portfolio data into meaningful dashboards, funnel analyses and insights for leadership.
• Partners with leaders to support portfolio reviews and investment decisions.
