Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager within our Professional Services team in Norway, with responsibility for leading complex IT services delivery programs across multi-site environments and high-level stakeholder engagement.

You will establish program governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage RAID and change control, and act as the trusted advisor to customers and Dell leadership, while delivering on time and budget with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Mastery of program and project delivery methods.
• Proven track record in complex IT services delivery programs.
• Experience in data center infrastructure (Storage, Server, Networking).
• Ability to work across a matrix organization with multiple levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance and ensure delivery quality artifacts and deliverables.
• Oversee projects in the portfolio and lead managers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Set up RAID, change control, and status communications to customers and Dell leadership.
• Serve as the single point of contact for executive communications and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
