Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, and RoCE technologies.
- Experience managing high-performance networking environments in production.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; local language preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, operational management, and continuous improvement of AI networking services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AI network fabrics supporting GPU clusters.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
- Develop operational standards, runbooks, and service delivery processes.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to transition solutions into production.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
